Amanda Rebstock, MT-BC

A native of the Chicago area, Amanda moved to Nashville where she received a Bachelor of Music in Classical Oboe Performance and Music Therapy from Belmont University. Since then, Amanda has taught a variety of private music lessons and led music therapy sessions. A Board Certified Music Therapist, she has led both individual and group music therapy sessions with adults and children with intellectual disabilities, older adults in nursing homes, adults in a psychiatric hospital, and children in a pediatric hospital. She specializes in teaching oboe, piano, guitar, ukulele, and adaptive music lessons. Her oboe students have found success in making Middle Tennessee’s Midstate bands. Amanda has also taught recreational classes in local Nashville neighborhoods and at Gymboree Play and Music. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and making music.

Anna Touchstone

A native of Nolensville, TN., Anna has been playing violin since age 6. She is currently working on completing her Bachelor of Arts in Music at Lipscomb University where she has performed with the Avalon Piano Trio for the past 3 years. Before college, she was a part of the Franklin-based violin studio Music City Strings for nearly 5 years where performed in shows across the country and world. She earned top spots in Tennessee’s All-State orchestra throughout high school, and she has been teaching private violin lessons since 2018. Anna is currently certified by the Suzuki Association of the Americas to teach Units 1-4 and is working on further units. She recently began playing fiddle for a local Alabama tribute band as well. Some of her favorite things are dogs, the beach, books, hikes at the park, and listening to music.
